Ruby is the Head of Learning and Development at Oneirix Labs. A mathematician with a passion for education, Ruby organizes and manages the continuous learning program at Oneirix Labs. Focusing on applied mathematics, algorithms and engineering physics, the Oneirix Labs learning program is tailored to individual employees, with a view to bridging their skills gaps and furthering their career interests. Every person at Oneirix is expected to spend 20 hours every month learning new things, and it is Ruby's job to organize and make available appropriate learning resources to everyone, at all levels of the organization.
Before managing Learning and Development, Ruby was herself an applied mathematician at Oneirix Labs. She has an M.Sc. in Mathematics from IIT, Chennai and an M.A. in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She teaches some of the introductory courses at Oneirix Labs herself, and is always willing to engage in discussions regarding applied mathematics with everyone. Ruby also teaches Mathematics at S.P. College, Pune, and is a part of many educational endeavors, teaching and organizing educational programs for everyone from young school kids to Master's students and professionals. An avid gardner, you can spot her planting trees in the office garden in her off time!
